On top of everything in Basic, you get: up to 5 active listings, highlighted position in search results (your listings appear above Basic listings), a Pro badge on your listings that builds guest trust, seasonal pricing (set different prices for summer, winter, and holidays), detailed statistics (views, inquiries, conversion rate), and priority support.

Premium is our most complete plan for professional hosts. On top of everything in Pro, you get: unlimited listings, highest priority in search results (your listings always appear first), a Premium badge, automatic Verified badge showing guests your property is confirmed pet-friendly, a Featured position on the homepage, Instant booking — guests can book immediately without waiting for your approval which significantly increases bookings, and a monthly performance report for your listings.

Instant booking allows guests to book your property immediately without waiting for your approval. This increases bookings as guests prefer a quick and simple process — research shows listings with Instant booking receive up to 30% more bookings. Instant booking is exclusively available on the Premium plan.

What is the Verified badge?

The Verified badge shows guests that your property is truly pet-friendly — that you have clearly defined pet policies, transparent fees, and positive reviews from pet owners. Premium users automatically receive the Verified badge. Basic and Pro users can request verification manually through their dashboard.

What are seasonal prices?

Seasonal pricing allows you to set different nightly rates for different periods — for example, higher prices for summer season on the coast or holidays, and lower prices for off-season. This maximizes your revenue by automatically adjusting prices to demand. Seasonal pricing is available on Pro and Premium plans.

Can I change my plan?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard (My Plan). Upgrades take effect immediately. If you downgrade, changes apply from the next billing period — your additional listings are paused (not deleted) until you upgrade again.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your listings are paused and not visible in search results. Your data, reviews, and booking history are NOT deleted — you can reactivate your plan whenever you want and everything will be as before.

Do guests pay through PawRent?

Accepted Answer

No. PawRent is an advertising platform for pet-friendly accommodation. Payment for accommodation is arranged directly with the guest — cash, bank transfer, or whatever works for you. PawRent does not take any commission from your bookings.
