Terms of Service

Beauxbatons LLC ("PawRent", "we") provides an online marketplace connecting hosts who offer pet-friendly accommodation with prospective guests. PawRent is not a party to any agreement between hosts and guests — our role is solely that of an intermediary.

The platform may be used by individuals aged 18 or older and by legal entities authorized to enter into contracts. By registering you confirm you meet these requirements.

Hosts who wish to publish a listing must select one of the available subscription plans (Basic, Pro, Premium) and pay a monthly fee via our supported payment processors (Stripe, PayPal).

All payments are processed through supported payment processors (Stripe, PayPal). PawRent does not store payment card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; access remains active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are issued only in the event of a technical error on our part.

PawRent does not process payments between hosts and guests. The cost of stay, deposits, and other charges are arranged directly between the parties.

PawRent bears no responsibility for disputes arising from such payments.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you publish (descriptions, photos, prices, pet policies).

Publishing false, misleading, or offensive content is prohibited, as is any form of fraud, harassment, or abuse of the platform.

If we determine that content violates these terms or applicable law, we may remove it or restrict its visibility, and in serious or repeated cases suspend the account. We will notify you of such a decision by email, with a statement of reasons. You may appeal the decision by writing to support@pawrentbalkans.com — we review every appeal and respond within a reasonable time. Exceptionally, we may remove content without prior notice where necessary to protect user safety or to comply with an order of a competent authority.

If you believe that a listing or other content on the platform constitutes illegal content (e.g. fraud, a misleading listing, or an intellectual property infringement), you can report it to support@pawrentbalkans.com. Please include a link to the content, the reason for your report, and your contact details. We review every report without undue delay and inform you of the outcome. Both the person who submitted the report and the author of the content are notified of the decision with a statement of reasons.

The platform is provided "as is". PawRent does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of user-generated content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PawRent is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or from the relationship between hosts and guests.

All platform elements (design, code, logo, name) are the property of Beauxbatons LLC or its licensors.

Users retain ownership of content they publish but grant PawRent a non-exclusive license to display that content for the purpose of operating the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Nothing in these terms limits the mandatory rights you hold as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence, including the right to rely on the protective provisions of that law. We will always attempt to resolve disputes amicably first.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
