Terms of Service

PawRent LLC ("PawRent", "we") provides an online marketplace connecting hosts who offer pet-friendly accommodation with prospective tenants. PawRent is not a party to any agreement between hosts and tenants — our role is solely that of an intermediary.

The platform may be used by individuals aged 18 or older and by legal entities authorized to enter into contracts. By registering you confirm you meet these requirements.

Hosts who wish to publish a listing must select one of the available subscription plans (Basic, Pro, Premium) and pay a monthly fee via Stripe.

All payments are processed through Stripe. PawRent does not store payment card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; access remains active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are issued only in the event of a technical error on our part.

PawRent does not process payments between hosts and tenants. Rent, deposits, and other charges are arranged directly between the parties.

PawRent bears no responsibility for disputes arising from such payments.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you publish (descriptions, photos, prices, pet policies).

Publishing false, misleading, or offensive content, as well as fraud, harassment, or platform abuse, is prohibited.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

The platform is provided "as is". PawRent does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of user-generated content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PawRent is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or from the relationship between hosts and tenants.

All platform elements (design, code, logo, name) are the property of PawRent LLC or its licensors.

Users retain ownership of content they publish but grant PawRent a non-exclusive license to display that content for the purpose of operating the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. We will seek to resolve disputes amicably; if that fails, the courts of the jurisdiction in which PawRent LLC is registered shall have jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
